Bailey Fisher

Bailey is the Technical Systems and Solutions Support and is a qualified carpenter with a strong residential background, specialising in remedial works and bespoke architectural high-end renovations across Sydney — with further experience across multi-storey, commercial, and civil construction. With hands-on experience across all facets of construction, he has developed a deep understanding of the entire build process.

Later transitioning into a project management role under the mentorship of a Principal Structural Engineer consultant, Bailey has provided practical design input for remedial works, undertaken building diagnostics to identify structural, weatherproofing and waterproofing defects, and developed clear, buildable specifications to resolve complex construction issues. This multidisciplinary experience allows him to bridge the gap between design intent and site realities.

Passionate about knowledge sharing, Bailey brings a practical, relatable approach to training — helping builders, engineers, and architects understand building science principles and the application of the full Pro Clima product range to improve building performance, durability, and construction standards across Australia. His grounding in the Australian construction industry enables him to translate technical concepts into real-world solutions that work on site.
