As Technical Innovation Manager at Pro Clima Australia, he leads the team responsible for developing cutting-edge airtightness and weathertightness systems, including advanced hygrothermal modelling systems and processes using WUFI, enabling architects, engineers, and builders to design smarter, stronger, and healthier buildings.
With over 20 years of experience, Jesse combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, translating complex building science into practical, high-performance solutions. He actively contributes to shaping industry standards and guidance, participating in national building code discussions with the Australian Building Codes Board, and engaging in AIRAH technical working groups focused on building envelope physics.
